Foundation & Corporate Relations Officer Job Posting Summary

The Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation is seeking highly-qualified applicants for a Foundation & Corporate Relations Officer to join its team. The Foundation works with caring members of our community on important initiatives that improve the health and well-being of young people and their families, particularly in Southeast Michigan. We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization located in Detroit, MI.

The Foundation & Corporate Relations Officer is primarily responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding corporate and foundation prospects, particularly those with grant making programs, as well as individual prospects. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) or more years of progressively responsible experience in health care development or related field, with demonstrated development writing and research experience. Specific experience in grant development and prospect research is preferred. Extensive knowledge, training and experience in corporate and foundation fundraising, with proven success in gift closure at the five-figure level is desirable.
