DETROIT, Mich, June 6, 2017-The 33rd Annual Festival of Trees, a benefit for the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation, returns to the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center November 19th through November 26th.
The Festival of Trees is a public display of spectacular professionally designed 7’ and 5’ holiday trees, tabletop trees, wreaths and other holiday gift shop items that are sold to raise funds for pediatric research.

We are looking forward to another successful holiday festival” says Event Director, Theresa Diefenbach. “We are excited to have our fabulous designers showcase their creative talent, providing a beautiful atmosphere for families that consider Festival of Trees the official start to the holiday season” said Diefenbach.
The 33rd Annual Festival of Trees kicks off with an elegant Preview Gala on Saturday, November 18th. VIP tickets ($125 per person) feature early admission at 6:30 PM, a wristband that will allow entrance into the new Sky Lounge, open bar and heavy appetizers. Patron tickets ($75) feature admission at 7:30 PM, cash bar, and light appetizers in the ballroom. All guests will enjoy a silent auction, live entertainment by COD and fabulous sweets and treats. Tickets available at www.fot.org. Festival of Trees will then open to the public on Sunday November 19th at 2:00 PM and run through November 26th.
On Tuesday, November 21st, Festival of Trees will be honoring our Veterans and men and women in the Armed Forces by offering them free admission.

On Sunday, November 5th, all English Gardens will be kicking off the holiday season with their annual Christmas Open House. A portion of the sales will be donated to Festival of Trees.
